 | | Ventilation Systems: Change furnace and air-conditioning filters. Tape double layer of cheese |
| | cloth over air grills.

 | | Food & Drink: Take inventory, then discard any canned or packaged food or beverage that my |
| | have been stored close to the fire, heat or water. They could be contaminated.

 | | Refrigerator & Freezer: If the electricity is off - empty freezer and refrigerator completely and prop |
| | open doors.

 | | Kitchen & Baths: If the heat is off and it is freezing weather, poor antifreeze down sinks, toilet bowls |
| | and tubs. Clean and protect chrome on faucets and appliances with a light coating of WD-40 (do not use on Gold or Silver)
